Russian leader Vladimir Putin has announced he has withdrawn 13 aircraft, 14 helicopters, and 1140 personnel from war-torn Syria, according to reports.The Russian president also promised he would increase monetary allowances for troops returning from Syria in order to solve social problems in Russia.”Over the past few days, 13 aircraft, 14 helicopters, and 1140 personnel have been withdrawn. All of them are people who have experience and have passed the test by fighting.
