Prince Andrew groped young woman at flat belonging to billionaire paedophile, court documents allege.
‘I sat on Andrew’s lap, and I believe on my own volition, and they took the puppet’s hands and put it on Virginia’s breast, and so Andrew put his on mine,’ says Johanna Sjoberg .
Johanna Sjoberg gave a sworn deposition the Duke of York fondled her breast after she sat on his knee. … A second woman has claimed Prince Andrew committed a “sexual act” with her at the home of his paedophile pal Jeffrey Epstein, court documents reveal.
Buckingham Palace has insisted the allegations about the Duke of York are “categorically untrue”.
The allegation surfaced in a cache of legal papers unsealed by a US judge in a defamation case involving Ghislaine Maxwell – a British socialite alleged to have supplied Epstein and his well-off social circle with underage girls.
Epstein is a billionaire paedophile who is facing child sex trafficking charges involving dozens of girls.
Virginia Giuffre, an alleged victim of Epstein who also claimed she was forced into a sexual encounter with Prince Andrew, sued Ms Maxwell in 2015.
A spokesperson said: “This relates to proceedings in the United States, to which The Duke Of York is not a party. Any suggestion of impropriety with underage minors is categorically untrue.”
Prince Andrew, who is the third child of the Queen and Prince Phillip, is known to have gone on holidays with Epstein up until around 2010.
In the legal papers, Ms Sjoberg said: “I just remember someone suggesting a photo, and they told us to go get on the couch. And so Andrew and Virginia sat on the couch, and they put the puppet, the puppet on her lap.
“And so then I sat on Andrew’s lap, and I believe on my own volition, and they took the puppet’s hands and put it on Virginia’s breast, and so Andrew put his on mine.”
PRINCE Andrew has been accused of licking the toes of a teen masseuse during their sexual encounters — one of which she describes in court papers as “the longest ten minutes of my life”.
Virginia says her account is “99 per cent true” but her own lawyers have described it as “fictionalised”.
It details three alleged sexual encounters with the Duke of York.
Andrew, who is currently on holiday with his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson and the Queen in Balmoral, strenuously denies any sexual contact with Virginia — whose surname is now Giuffre.
She says she first met the royal dad of two on a trip to London in 2001 when she was 17.
The legal documents claim Ms Sjoberg was a “young college student” who was contacted by “perfect stranger” Ms Maxwell, who “lured” her to Epstein’s home with the promise of a “legitimate job”.
Ms Giuffre’s lawyers said: “Ms Sjoberg’s testimony also corroborates Ms Giuffre’s account of being lent out to Prince Andrew by (Ms Maxwell).”
Ms Maxwell, Epstein’s former girlfriend, has denied the allegations.
Now it has emerged that Roberts has alleged that she had sex with Prince Andrew that evening, and two other times, under the unspoken instructions of his American billionaire friend Jeffrey Epstein, convicted of a sexual offence in 2008.
She first spoke to The Mail on Sunday in 2007, but now The Duke of York has been named in US court documents as one of the rich and powerful men whom Epstein forced her to have sex with, allegations that Buckingham Palace has vehemently denied.
Her testimony has plunged the Royal family into an unprecedented crisis, but what do we actually know about Virginia Roberts?
We know she’s 30 years old now, and recently returned to live in the United States after 11 years in New South Wales, Australia with her husband Robert, with whom she has three children — eight, six and three years old.
And we know a bit about her father Sky Roberts, a 58-year old rancher from Summerfield, Florida. His alleged recollections of his daughter’s jetsetting, however, are likewise tied up in the allegations against Epstein, Prince Andrew and others.
In that Mail on Sunday interview seven years ago, Roberts said her involvement with Jeffrey Epstein began in 1999 when she was 15 years old and working as a changing room assistant at Donald Trump’s country club Mar-A-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida.
It was then and there that she allegedly met Ghislaine Maxwell, the daughter of disgraced tycoon Robert Maxwell.
She said: “I was wearing my sexy white Mar-A- Lago uniform – a white miniskirt and a skintight white polo top – and studying an anatomy book when I was approached by this striking woman in her mid-40s with a very proper British accent: Ghislaine.”

After expressing to Maxwell her wish to be a masseuse, she claims to have been taken to meet Epstein at his mansion, where she gave him an “erotic massage” for which she was paid £130.
In 2002, she claims, having acted as Epstein’s “sex slave” for years, allegedly servicing his rich and powerful friends such as Prince Andrew as they travelled the world, Roberts was flown to Thailand to take a massage class.
There she says she met Robert, an Australian martial arts expert now working on the fringes of the fashion industry.
After a 10-day romance, they married and went to live in Australia. She was there, living in relative solitude until last year when they moved to Florida.
Her friends in Australia have told outlets that she intends on writing a book.
