Covid-free’ flights are set to start next month between Italy and the US

We got the exciting news yesterday that ‘Covid-free’ flights are set to start next month between Italy and the US. However, this doesn’t necessarily mean Italy’s travel restrictions are about to be relaxed.   It’s not yet known exactly what changes the Italian government has in store in its latest emergency decree, expected by December 4th. While nothing has been signed yet, here’s what ministers say about the rules we’ll have to follow in Italy throughout December – including over the Christmas holidays.   There were promising signs this week that current restrictions are bringing down the infection rate. In fact, experts say Italy’s second wave appears to have peaked – but we’re not out of the woods yet.
