How borders are being redrawn

Lets face facts 😏 Russia has occupied a lot of its neighbours such as German Democratic Republic,Hungary,Czechoslovakia,Afghanistan,Checnya & Georgia amongst others.It has also attacked Finland and Poland (amongst others) .This seasoned Power has a record of this activity -they do things their own way
initial attack plan.
Cultural & linguistic divisions as in former Yugoslavia.

This is NOT an entirely new situ the World grapples with (and observes at safe distance)
